Dushmantha Chameera’s sensational 4/20 and Kamil Mishara’s classy 76 powered Sri Lanka to victory, while Salman Agha’s unbeaten 63 off 44 nearly stole the game for Pakistan.

Sri Lanka Innings – Mishara & Mendis Set the Tone
After being asked to bat first, Sri Lanka flew to 58/1 in the powerplay thanks to Kamil Mishara (76 off 48) and Kusal Mendis (40 off 23). The duo added 66 runs in quick time, with Mendis smashing 6 fours and a six.
Pakistan pulled things back brilliantly in the middle overs. Abrar Ahmed (2/28) and debutant Salman Mirza bowled tight lines, and Sri Lanka managed only 47 runs in the last 5 overs. Janith Liyanage (24*) and Dasun Shanaka (17 off 10) gave late push, helping Sri Lanka reach a competitive 184/5.

But Chameera returned to dismantle the lower order, picking up Faheem Ashraf in the final over and finishing with a sensational 4/20 – the best figures of the tournament so far.
